Nithyothsavam (Daily) :-
Before the Pradoshakala Pooja at 6 pm, the festival idol is carried to the Olga Mantapam (Saraswathi Mantapam)) in the North, and the Ashtavadhana Seva is offered to the Goddess there. The Varothsava will run from Karthika Amavasya to Jyestha Shuddha Ashtami.
Varothsavam (Weekly) :-
Daily rites like Trikala Bali and other routine rituals are Nithyothsavam. From Sri Mookambika Janmashtami to the commencement of Navarathri ( Ashwayuja Shuddha first), all practices are performed at Purana Mantapam inside the Temple. From the beginning of Navarathri till the Janmashtami of Sri Mookambika, there is Palaki Uthsavam (palanquin) in the outer round of the Temple and Ashtavadhana Seva is performed at the Saraswathi mandapam Temple.
Pakshotsavam(Fortnightly) :-
On all New moon days and Full moon days, after the Night Bali, the festival idol is carried to the Olga Mantapam(Saraswathimantapam) in the west. This street festival is regularly observed following the return of the festival idol, after which it is the time that Kashaya Thirtha is distributed.
Navarathri festival:-
In the course of Navarathri Celebrations, as well as the distinctive “Poojas” Shatha Rudrabhishekas and in the evening, “Kalpoktha Navarathri Special Pooja” is celebrated. Navarathri, celebrated for Nine Days, “Navadurgalankara” is achieved. On Mahanavami Day (the ninth day) Car Festival (Rathotsava) is held by placing the Devi on the decorated Pushparatha. It is believed that the “Chandi” Sthotra will be read for all nine days. “ Chandika Homa” also will be performed. The Navarathri Celebrations end on Vijayadashami day. On Vijayadashami day, thousands of devotees perform the Aksharabhyasa Seva at the Saraswathi Mantapa.

In the celebration of Shivarathri, Along with the usual Poojas, especially “Abhishekas”, ” Archana’s”, “Naivedyas”, and ” Mangalarathi”, will be given out. Festivals can also be held along the street called “Beedhi Utsava.”
The Annual Festival:-
The Annual Festival is held every year in March or April for Nine days. Daily worship and special processions are held. In the afternoon, ” Shatha Rudrabhishekha will be performed”.At 5.30 pm and 10.00 pm, Street Festivals take place. The major Car Festival ( Maha Rathotsava) is scheduled for 8 June. The following day will be the “Okuli Festival” ( like Holi) as well as also the Boat Festival ( Theppotsava) celebrated along the Sowparnika River. On that day, during the “ Maha Rathotsava”, the festivities will be held, seating the Devi on the “ Doddatte” (Decoration like the Aura Devi).
Ugadi:-
The traditional Poojas will be served in the celebration of Ugadi, with a special preparation made using Neem. In the evening, from 5.30 pm to 6.00 pm, the Goddess will be placed at the Saraswathi Mantap and unique offerings and Mahamangalarathi will be performed, followed by the traditional “ Panchanga Shravana” ( Predictions are made about the Nation, Rain, Agriculture and Political Scenario etc. ) This is the beginning of the new year. Unique festivals are held on the evening of Ramanavami, i.e. after 15 days from Ugadi.
Ashtabandha Brahmakalashotsava:-
Ashtabandha Brahmakalashotsava is performed once in twelve years. The last time this festival was held splendidly was in April 2002.”Abhisheka” (ceremonial bath) was born on the Linga using 1008 “Kalashas” (vessels containing water which included 1000 comprised of silver and eight comprised of Gold) full of holy water. All Sevas and programs take place during Brahmakalashotsava Festival. The “Sahasra Kumbhabhisheka” was performed in the presence of Shringeri Jagadguru Shree Shree Bharathi Theertha Swamiji. This Ashtabhandha Brahmakalashotsava, Ati Rudra Mahayaga, Sahasra Chandi Mahayaga was performed with the assistance of around 200 priests. Shree Raghavendra Bharathi Swamiji performed the “Poornahuthi” of the Sahasra Chandika Yaga from Ramachandrapura Math.
